I graduated from massage therapy school in January 2005
In April of that year, I became licensed in Ct.
I was ready and eager to begin the healing of the world!
I've learned so much since then, from mentors and clients alike.
I don't claim to be a doctor so if I find there is something I would consider out of my scope of practice, I will refer you to your MD.
Integrity has a place in Harmony so you can expect to be properly covered and kept warm.
I often hear the words "I've never had a massage like that before!" It's music to my ears.
I work hard to give each client what they need.
Typically, a session includes Swedish massage and deep tissue where its needed, stretching, range of motion movements and a whole lot of deep breathing to assist in the releasing & relaxing.
My Reiki II certification came in March 2005. I consider it one of the many blessings I am grateful for. Not only do I use it to assist in mine & my family's healing, it brings a wonderful peace to my working & living spaces. I encourage you to read about it and give it a try.
Above all, remember your session is just that - yours. Communication is extremely important, so if you hate your feet touched - just say so. Perhaps you prefer oil to lotion. You get to choose!
Lastly, I'd like to reassure you that any information shared during our session will be held in the strictest confidence.
Volunteering my time & services is also important to me. If you have an event where you think chair massage would be welcome, please let me know the details and I'll see if something can be arranged.
